First Professional Job!
My first job in the animation indusstry was working as a trainee 2d animator for Treehouse Republic. I worked on a special episode on the Hungry Bear Tales : To the pole!
I learned so much from working on this episode even though I was with Treehouse Republic for a shot time, I was so incredibly grateful for the experience.
Boulder Media Bootcamp

In November 2023, I was accepted into and successfully completed a two week, in - studio Bootcamp. This was a 2D Animation Bootcamp with a focus on animation for Primetime T.V.

O'Briens Press
When I finished college in 2023, I was lucky enough to be recommended by a Lecturer for some freelance work for the book publisher, O'brians Press.
They were looking for someone to do some promotional material for their social media to promote some of the new books they were publishing in the summer of 2023.
I enjoyed this job so much. I got to work with some amazing art work from many different Illustrators and I got to be creative and playful with the art work and choice of music

Different Like Delia Project
For my third year work experience placement, I worked with a design agency based in Thurlus, Ireland named Designedly. The team at Designedly tasked me with creating promotional material for the book 'Different like Delia'

One of Designedly's clients is Ann Marie King, the author of the 'Different like Delia'. This book outlines the experiences of a little girl named Delia, who has a stutter. the book shows how Delia experiences the world and interacts with people around her.

The illustrator of this book was Olya Golubeva. For this project I had to study the style of the book, recreate the style and bring the illustrations to life which was an incredibly exciting experience

Solo Short Film
Here are a few shots from my first solo short film which I called 'Pick your Poison'. The plot of this short is to misdirect the viewer into thinking the main character is a villain, but the ending of the short reveals that the main character is ultimately harmless.
For this short I wanted to start learning about 2D effects and rigged character design, as well as designing the environment and props that fit together.

In 2023 I was delighted to learn that 'Pick your Poison' was part of the Official selection in the Nenagh Children's Film Festival
